Clinical Therapies

People struggling with mental health challenges often feel they can’t be helped. Our fully-licensed counseling partner utilizes positive psychology and trauma-informed care in a trusted, therapeutic safe space so you can confidentially address mental health, addiction, or trauma-related concerns.

Veteran Peer Support Groups & One-On-One

Many veterans feel incredibly isolated. What brings us together is discovering that others are going through the same things we are. Veteran-led Peer Counseling groups meets twice per month to connect and support each other.  Groups meet in Canton and Cumming, Georgia.

Our Peer Specialists are available by phone on weekdays from 1700 until 2100 eastern time. They offer direct, non-emergency support. Reach out today if you need help and are not sure what to do:

Storying Your Way Home & Relational Communication Workshops

Many veterans, even those who haven’t seen combat, feel disconnected from others or misunderstood by family, friends and community alike. Workshops are aimed at helping veterans develop deeper connections and understanding with those around them.

Each workshop is six weekly 1.5 hour sessions. We recommend you take them simultaneously, lunch provided.  Held in Canton, Georgia.

Free for veterans and adult family members in Cherokee, Pickens, Forsyth and Dawson Counties (scholarships available upon request for other veterans).

Next start dates are January 9th and 11th, Tuesdays or Thursdays, 11:00 – 12:30 [Lunch] 1:00 – 2:30

T.E.A.M. Leadership Huddle

The LEADERS HUDDLE is a weekly conversational platform where LEADERS can be LED. Our principles of engagement start with the words TRUST, TRANSPARENCY, & TOLERANCE which encourage leaders to LEAN into life…LEARN from its experiences…and LEVERAGE them with those they serve.

This online program is held every Tuesday night at 7:00 – 8:30.

Financial literacy is a critical component of feeling secure. We provide personalized, one-to-one coaching to help veterans and their families take steps to pay off debt, build savings, manage a budget and more.

Four coaching sessions, one in-person group session and three one-to-one zoom or phone call sessions.

Saturday Morning Guide to Healing

Many veterans experience unexpected, disruptive trauma symptoms in their day-to-day lives. This program teaches proven self-healing techniques to neutralize sudden feelings of anxiety, anger or distress.

A weekly one-hour energizing skills guide for six weeks.
